Do not email plaintext passwords, full tokens, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive credentials. We will never ask for your password by email.
2. Product issues and feedback
Signed-in users should normally use Feedback in Liuhuo Stack to submit an issue and follow its status. Email us if you cannot sign in, the page is unavailable, or the issue concerns security.
Include the product, page URL, approximate time, browser, reproduction steps, and redacted screenshots. Remove cookies, tokens, unrelated personal information, and unnecessary files.
3. Privacy and account requests
To access, copy, transfer, correct, complete, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or request account closure, email us from the address registered to your account and describe the request. Identity verification may be required to prevent misuse.
For a security vulnerability, provide the affected area and reproduction conditions, and allow reasonable time to investigate and fix it before publishing exploitable details.
4. Content and business cooperation
Website recommendations, co-created content, resource exchanges, product promotion, and other cooperation can be submitted through the portal form or by email. Include your name, organization or brand, context, proposed arrangement, and contact email.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership. Rights and obligations arise only from a later written agreement accepted by both parties.
5. Response handling
We route messages by subject and complete any necessary verification. Privacy-rights requests are handled within the period required by applicable law; response times for general questions depend on complexity and completeness.
Repeated, clearly irrelevant, malicious, or unverifiable messages may not receive a response. Contact the appropriate local authority as well for an urgent threat to personal or property safety.
