1. Agreement and operator
Liuhuo is operated by Chongqing Yuzhong District Liuhuo Qianzai Network Technology Studio. These terms apply to discovery, tools, accounts, community features, and other services on liuhuo.org and its subdomains.
Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using features that require acceptance.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. If applicable law requires a parent or guardian to authorize your use, that person must review and agree to these terms before you use account, community, upload, or other interactive features.
2. The service
Liuhuo provides website discovery and recommendations, browser-based productivity tools, accounts and favorites, comments, feedback, and other features identified on the relevant page.
We may add, change, or discontinue features as the service develops. We will provide reasonable advance notice when a change materially affects user rights.
3. Accounts and security
Registration information must be lawful and usable. Protect your password and signed-in devices, and do not transfer, rent, or allow another person to impersonate your account. Contact us promptly if you notice unauthorized use.
We may apply verification, rate limits, session suspension, or account restrictions to unusual sign-ins, automated attacks, or conduct that violates these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Liuhuo to break the law, infringe rights, compromise security, or disrupt other users, including by:
- posting unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, privacy-invasive, or infringing content;
- accessing accounts, APIs, servers, or data without authorization, bypassing safeguards, distributing malware, or attacking availability;
- scraping at scale, abusing APIs, manipulating analytics or interactions, or automating use far beyond normal personal activity;
- impersonating others, misrepresenting a source, or using the service for activities prohibited by applicable law.
5. User content and community
You retain rights you lawfully hold in comments, feedback, and files you submit, and confirm that you have the right to submit them. You grant Liuhuo the permission needed to host, display, review, and process that content for the relevant feature.
Comments are public by default. We may hide or remove unlawful or rule-breaking content and restrict related accounts when required by law, a report, or community integrity. This does not mean we pre-approve every submission.
6. Tools and outputs
Tools primarily run in your browser. Outputs depend on your input, browser implementation, and the relevant algorithm and are general aids only, not legal, medical, financial, security, or other professional advice.
Verify results before relying on them and keep backups of important data. Do not place untrusted outputs directly into production, authentication, financial, or other high-risk workflows.
7. Third-party websites
Discovery descriptions and links help users understand external services. They do not establish an affiliation, agency, endorsement, or warranty. Third parties control their own availability, content, prices, and privacy practices.
We will reasonably label content that is sponsored or part of a commercial collaboration. Evaluate a third-party service before using or purchasing it.
8. Intellectual property
Liuhuo branding, interfaces, original writing, code, and platform materials are protected by applicable law. Open-source software and third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and notices.
To report an alleged infringement, email evidence of your rights, the specific URL, and the requested action to admin@liuhuo.org.
9. Availability and liability
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for every specific purpose. Maintenance, network failures, third-party changes, force majeure, or security actions may cause interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, Liuhuo is responsible only where liability is legally required. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights.
10. Suspension, termination, and account closure
You may stop using the service and request account closure through available account features or the contact email. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, security threats, or legal requirements.
After termination, data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Limited records may remain where legally required or necessary to resolve a dispute.
11. Updates, governing law, and disputes
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes and will display a new effective date. Material changes affecting user rights will receive reasonable notice. An update does not retroactively reduce statutory rights that arose before it took effect. Stop using the relevant service if you do not agree to the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer or other statutory protections that cannot be waived under the law of the country or region where you habitually reside.
The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion, unless doing so would delay or prejudice a statutory right. An unresolved dispute may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
